Controller Assembling:
Due to the nature of the product, we do not have pre-assembled controllers in stock as every order is fully custom. The assembling process usually takes 2 - 3 business days . Our technicians are experienced and licensed professionals who will work on your custom controller to the best of their ability, paying attention to every little detail to ensure the highest quality of the product. NOTE: During the holidays season assembling time takes up to 5 business days unless Same Day Assmebly option has been added.

Testing:
After your custom controller has been assembled, we ask for another 24 hours to test its performance. Our gaming specialists will play online with your controller in various regimes to ensure you won't be disapointed with the purchase. Shipping:
As soon as you pay for your order, our system will generate a tracking number and will e-mail it to you. As every order is custom, please allow 2 - 3 business days to assemble, test and ship your controller.

If you are having issues with our product, we recommend to contact us email support@modzlab.com or Live Chat before sending it back. In most cases the problem is caused by incorrect settings and can be resolved by basic troubleshooting with our agent.
Repairs:
Every controller comes with standard 90 days warranty (12 months extended warranty is available) as well.
If the problem has not been resolved, please ship it back to us and make sure to include the receipt and a note with a brief description of the issue and a reliable phone number in case we need to reach you. If you do not have a receipt, include your name and/or the order # so we could locate you in the system.
Shipping costs will be reimbursed to your account as long as you ship via Unites States Postal Service (USPS) Ground mail. Expedited shipping costs and shipping via other couriers WILL NOT be reimbursed.
Your controller will be repaired and shipped back to you within 24 - 72 hours.
Refunds:
We urge you to contact us first before sending the product back for a refund since our reps are able to help set up controller correctly in 90% cases. In case you wish to proceed with refund, please ship the controller back to us. Shipping costs will be reimbursed to your account as long as you ship via Unites States Postal Service (USPS) Ground mail. Expedited shipping costs and shipping via other couriers WILL NOT be reimbursed.
Make sure your item is eligible for refund before sending it:
- 10 DAYS RETURN POLICY - products returned after 10 days for the date they have been receieved WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. They become eligible for repairs or upgrades only
- Item has to be in original cosmetic condition
- Warranty sticker on the controller has not been tampered
There is a 20% of restocking fee on all refundable orders. All returned merchandise must be in original condition without any scratches or damage.
We stand behind our product and offer 90 days standard warranty on our modded controllers. You can also buy an extended 12 months warranty for $12.99. An extended warranty only covers the functions of the chip installed and labor. The warranty does not cover personal damage to controller or any parts. IMPORTANT: All of our controllers have warranty stickers on the inside and outside. If the stickers are removed or damaged, the warranty is void and your item is no longer refundable. These labels can only be damaged when trying to open a controller.
